• Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles, including:
o FAB technicians
o Cleanroom operators
o Technical specialists
• Partner closely with on-site hiring managers, HRBPs, and production leadership in Nijmegen
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for semiconductor talent in the Dutch market
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and local networks
• Conduct screening interviews in Dutch
• Manage and coordinate interview processes with on-site teams
• Ensure strong candidate fit with technical requirements and culture
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience, particularly for local talent
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability in the Nijmegen / Netherlands region
• Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws and internal policies
• Maintain accurate ATS documentation and reporting
• 10+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within:
o Semiconductors
o High-tech manufacturing environments
• Proven experience hiring:
o FAB technicians
o Cleanroom or production staff
o Technical or engineering profiles
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing environments
• Fluent Dutch (mandatory – essential for local hiring and stakeholder engagement)
• Professional English communication skills
• Based in Nijmegen region or within commuting distance (required)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on, delivery-driven approach in a fast-paced environment
